A New Extension roof was built prior to a new Kitchen Installed on this project, despite bad weather the project stayed completely dry, once water tight we finished on time.

Garage and Side Property Extension

2 Storey Extension

Customer Requirement 

Client needed Planning permission prior to build using existing Garage space loft area and reinforcing brickwork/blockwork to blend in with existing brick and roof line. 2 additional bedrooms and a walk-in wardrobe. Double Glazed complete property and built rear Garden Decking area.

Completion of project ahead of time and customer could not praise us enough, asked to install Double Glazing after extension and then build a rear Garden Decking area.

Storm Damage

Roof and Water Damage Repairs

Customer Requirement

Customer had major leak from storm damage and poor maintenance, we saved more extensive damage being done by replacing damaged roof, tiles and lead work, re-plastering and new ceilings, decorating throughout.

Standard side roof replacement/repairs, re-decorate and completed with minimal disturbance to customer. Roof repaired and Scaffolding up and down within days. Once plastering dried property re-decorated and good as new.

Garden Decking

New Decking Build

Customer wanted to use parcel of wasted side garden and incorporate it into a Decking area for eating and Bar-b-q.

Client had quote from various builders and Decking suppliers yet could not find a more competitive price from ourselves. Job completed on time, on budget and built Professionally with joist hangers and treated timber!!!

Patio and Driveway

Front and Rear Property renovation and patio rockery build.

Customer Requirement

Client wanted a new driveway installed to front with Block paving and a new Rear patio area renovated from existing and new build of garden walling and rockery landscaping.

Patio and Driveway completed on time, informed customer that more material was required as more rockery area was requested mid-project. Client was delighted with the completion.
